Responsibilities
Your internship at Lutron could offer you the opportunity to work on:
  • Designing circuits, including reliability analysis and testing
  • Developing theoretical models, simulations, and prototypes
  • Collaborating frequently with rf, mechanical, embedded, manufacturing, and supply chain engineers
  • Driving active projects in partnership with cross functional teams
  • Learning and applying newly adopted tools and technologies to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability

  • You are a rising junior, rising senior, or master's student at the start of the internship
  • You have broad interest in engineering, design and development
  • You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week

Lutron is a team-oriented environment, and you will work within these teams to look at broad issues and identify root causes, not just quick fixes. You must have a willingness to ask tough questions, seek out new resources, and work hard to find the best solution.
