About the Role As a Program Case Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission, overseeing 6-8 Supported Living cases and ensuring that our clients lead fulfilling lives in the communities of their choice. What We're Looking For Education: A Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience: At least three years in a role supporting adults with disabilities, with a preference for those with case management experience. Supervisory experience is also valued. Skills: Exceptional report writing, strong time management, and a knack for recognizing and resolving challenges. Requirements: A clean DMV printout, First Aid/CPR certification, and the ability to travel within the designated counties are all essential.
