What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant / Consultant, SAP BTP Full-Stack & Integration Developer to support the design and build of intelligent applications, modern extensions, and integration services on SAP BTP. This role is intended for a hands-on developer who can build scalable technical solutions across CAP, APIs, integrations, data services, and user-facing applications while supporting clean-core SAP transformation.
The successful candidate will help bring client use cases from concept and prototype into production-ready enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design and develop applications and services on SAP BTP
•    Build CAP-based services and full-stack business applications using SAP Build Code / SAP Business Application Studio or similar development environments
•    Develop and expose APIs and services to support SAP and non-SAP process integration
•    Build technical components for SAP extensions, side-by-side applications, and workflow-connected services
•    Support integration with SAP S/4HANA, third-party platforms, and enterprise services using secure API-based patterns
•    Work with solution leads and architects to translate functional requirements into technical designs and working code
•    Contribute reusable components, patterns, and accelerators to support Deloitte’s SAP AI and BTP delivery capability
•    Support testing, deployment, debugging, and production hardening of applications and services
•    Participate in rapid prototyping and client-facing demos where required

About the team

Deloitte’s SAP practice helps clients modernize core business platforms and unlock value through cloud, automation, data, and AI. As part of our growing SAP AI capability, these roles will support the design and delivery of next-generation solutions spanning SAP BTP, S/4HANA, workflow automation, intelligent process design, and AI-enabled business transformation.

Required Experience and Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
•    Relevant SAP or cloud certifications are considered an asset
•    Experience developing applications or services on SAP BTP or adjacent cloud platforms
•    Experience with CAP development
•    Strong understanding of REST APIs, service-based architecture, and enterprise integration patterns
•    Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration
•    Experience with authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, and secure API connectivity
•    Proficiency in one or more of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, or similar languages
•    Strong debugging, development, and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to work collaboratively across technical and functional teams in a consulting environment

Preferred Experience


•    Familiarity with SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, event-based integration, and modern extension patterns
•    Exposure to data services, document ingestion, or AI-enabled application features

•    Experience with cloud-native development and CI/CD practices
•    Previous consulting or enterprise delivery experience is an asset
•    SAP certifications or relevant cloud development certifications are an asset

Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
