What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, SAP BTP & Agentic AI Solutions to help shape and deliver next-generation SAP AI solutions for our clients. This role will focus on architecting enterprise-grade solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), leading delivery teams, estimating implementation effort and platform costs, and translating business opportunities into scalable, clean-core solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Build, Joule, and AI-enabled workflows.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building Deloitte’s SAP AI capability and supporting client programs involving custom AI use cases, workflow automation, intelligent process orchestration, and extensibility on BTP.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead the architecture and delivery of SAP BTP and AI-enabled solutions across client engagements
•    Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures spanning SAP and adjacent enterprise technologies
•    Define solution approaches for AI-enabled workflows, including orchestration, exception handling, human-in-the-loop controls, and integration across systems and tools
•    Architect solutions leveraging SAP BTP services, CAP, SAP Build, APIs, event-driven patterns, SAP Business AI, and Joule integration patterns
•    Estimate solution effort, technical complexity, environment requirements, and BTP service / licensing / consumption implications
•    Advise internal teams and clients on BTP service selection, architecture trade-offs, and commercial considerations
•    Guide teams through solution design, build planning, prototyping, and industrialization of use cases
•    Support demos, proofs of concept, client workshops, and innovation programs such as rapid design and AI activation sessions
•    Contribute to Deloitte methods, reusable assets, accelerators, and go-to-market offerings in the SAP AI space
•    Coach junior practitioners and support quality across design, delivery, and solution governance

Deloitte’s SAP practice helps clients modernize core business platforms and unlock value through cloud, automation, data, and AI. As part of our growing SAP AI capability, these roles will support the design and delivery of next-generation solutions spanning SAP BTP, S/4HANA, workflow automation, intelligent process design, and AI-enabled business transformation.

Required Experience and Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is an asset
•    SAP certifications in SAP BTP, SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, SAP AI, or related areas are considered an asset

•    Experience leading SAP BTP solution design and delivery in enterprise environments
•    Strong understanding of SAP BTP architecture, extensibility patterns, integration approaches, and clean-core principles
•    Experience estimating solution effort, sizing, and platform / licensing implications for BTP-based solutions
•    Familiarity with SAP service consumption models and ability to shape commercially viable solution options
•    Hands-on understanding of AI-enabled workflows, multi-step orchestration, or agentic solution patterns
•    Experience with LLM orchestration, including prompting, grounding, routing, tool-calling, or similar concepts
•    Experience with retrieval and grounding patterns, including ingestion, vector-based search, or retrieval pipelines
•    Experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA via APIs and secure enterprise patterns
•    Strong client-facing consulting skills, including workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and solution shaping

Preferred Experience


•    Experience with SAP Joule, SAP Business AI, SAP Build Process Automation, and/or SAP Integration Suite
•    Experience in consulting or professional services
•    Familiarity with process transformation, Signavio, or intelligent automation programs
•    Experience supporting proposals, client pursuits, or solution estimations
•    Ability to bridge architecture, engineering, and commercial discussions with senior stakeholders

Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
