Job description

Residency in or relocation to Louisiana is preferred for all positions.
Job Duties:
  • Provides reporting ad hoc for business operations.
  • Monitor and send recurring reports for business area and conducts basic level testing.
  • Follow best practices for gathering data in order to ensure an accurate and repeatable process.
  • Performs modifications on existing reports based on changing business requirements.
  • Collects data to be later analyzed.
  • Assists with data integration into Care Management platform (Epic).
  • Monitor reporting environments for performance issues and collaborates with higher level for troubleshooting.
  • Review the existing reports and validate the need for existing and new reports.

Required Qualifications:
  • Degree program(s) / Current Status: Junior or senior level undergraduate, Master's level or recent graduate in desired area of Information Management Systems, Computer Science, and Business Administration or related degree.
  • Cumulative GPA: 3.0+ GPA preferred; minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.

Other Qualifications:
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Must have basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication abilities
  • Must demonstrate the ability to think analytically and present ideas professionally
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to a changing work environment and team-oriented.
  • Undergraduates must be able to work 20 hours per week during the spring and fall semesters and 30-35 hours per week during the summer.
