How You'll Make a Difference
You will support large-scale analytics efforts and deliver on critical visualization needs that support future planning and decision making, ensuring data can be visualized in formats and models that can be easily reviewed and analyzed. Partnering with relevant stakeholders to architect solutions that will support organization data needs.
What You'll Bring to the Role
  • BA in Computer Science or related discipline. MS in Computer Science a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience as Tableau Reports Developer/Data Analyst (Digital Marketing or B-C/B-B business analytics-focused), plus Information Technology background.
  • Excellent pattern recognition, analytics interpretation, and diagnostic skills.
  • Solid background in various forms of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytic visualizations (based on provided statistical analyses).
  • Demonstrated success working directly with business users to build reports, dashboards and solving business questions with data.
  • Strong leadership skills, including demonstrated ability working with senior management from diverse cultures and organizations. Track record of positive relationships with outcomes.
  • Design, preparation, and documentation of work plans; ability to see the big picture and report progress accordingly.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and sound business judgment in assessing and prioritizing multiple competing opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and finesse, including public speaking to small and large groups in ad-hoc and formal settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Effective meeting facilitation and consensus building.
  • Successful negotiation of agreements for services or relationships that benefit or align with an organization's objectives. Ability to develop exit strategies.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent tasks, as well as prioritize actions as opportunities evolve.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment where conflicting priorities may threaten schedule and quality.
  • Ability to see the big picture and develop long range strategies while attending to details
  • Project management experience desired
  • Skills with tools, languages, data and computing tools, such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, SQL, Snowflake, T-SQL, and RDBMS: Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience with data modeling and design/modeling tools
