Corporate Security Officer (CSO)
Location: Chantilly, VA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Security Officer to lead and strengthen our industrial security program across mission-critical environments.
This is a high-impact role responsible for Personnel and Program Security, Facility Security support, and overall protection of sensitive information in support of national security. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in DCSA compliance, SCIF operations, classified systems, insider threat programs, and industrial security management while thriving in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.
The selected candidate will serve as a trusted security leader and advisor, ensuring REDLattice remains fully compliant, operationally ready, and positioned to support evolving customer mission requirements across DoD, Intelligence Community, and Federal Law Enforcement mission spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the industrial security program for REDLattice facilities in accordance with DCSA, NISPOM, ICD, DoD, and customer-specific requirements, while supporting corporate teams in the day-to-day security and operational activities of the organization.
  • Oversee all aspects of DISS management, auditing, inspections, visit certifications, clearance processing, indoctrinations, debriefings, and personnel security actions.
  • Manage and maintain secure SCIF operations, including SCIF accreditation packages, ICD 705 requirements, inspections, TEMPEST coordination, and ongoing compliance activities.
  • Assist with the supporting the organization's Insider Threat Program, including awareness initiatives, reporting procedures, risk mitigation efforts, and coordination with executive leadership and government stakeholders.
  • Conduct physical security assessments, self-inspections, and vulnerability reviews to identify and mitigate risks to personnel, facilities, classified systems, and operations.
  • Implement security education, insider threat awareness, OPSEC, and annual security training programs across the organization.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, violations, classified spillages, and security concerns while coordinating required reporting actions with government stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and support emergency response planning, incident management, and continuity/security operations for classified and sensitive environments.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, metrics, reports, and security records supporting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
  • Support secure facility expansion efforts, customer accreditations, and future operational growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Willingness and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Facility Security, Industrial Security, Special Security, or related security leadership roles supporting classified environments.
  • Extensive experience with:
    • DISS auditing and inspections
    • Personnel security management
    • Classified visit management
    • Clearance processing
  • Proven experience operating within SCIF environments, including accreditation and compliance activities.
  • Strong experience implementing Physical Security programs within classified or secure government environments.
  • Knowledge of Insider Threat Program requirements, reporting procedures, and compliance standards within DoD and Intelligence Community environments.
  • Experience supporting secure facility operations including:
    • Access control systems
    • Visitor management
    • Alarm monitoring
    • Physical security inspections
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • NISPOM
    • DCSA requirements
    • ICD 705
    • COMSEC procedures
    • Insider Threat programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface directly with government security representatives and executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing complex security programs in fast-paced operational environments.

Preferred Certifications:
  • FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification
  • CDSE Industrial Security certifications
  • ICD 705 / SCIF training and accreditation experience
  • COMSEC Custodian training
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification preferred
  • Insider Threat Program Management training/certification preferred
