Job Summary
Social media intern to support alumni social media presence under the supervision of Emma. The intern contributes to content creation, event coverage, and platform management, with a focus on storytelling, engagement, and organization.
Responsibilities
General:
- Moving content from Asana into Box folders
- Moving content from S Drive into Box
- Event Photography (Taking pictures/videos at events, culling/editing pictures, adding to Box
- Re-organizing Box into academic year folders instead of calendar year folders (MarComm, master photos)
- Pixieset
UtahAlumni:
- What's New With U (sourcing, caption writing, scheduling in Hootsuite)
- Notable Alumni (template editing, caption writing, scheduling in Hootsuite)
- Social Media Toolkits (caption writing, saving everything from Asana to Box Campus Partners Folders)
EcclesAlumni House:
- Editable Templates (weekly schedule, upcoming availability)
- Box organization (splitting full house events into separate space folders; organize photos into themes, categories, scenes, catering features (pizookie bar, mocktail bars, etc.) (florals, tablescapes, vendors, etc))
- Vendor Feature Fridays
- Wedding Wednesdays
- Holiday posts
Minimum Qualifications
Must be current University of Utah student.
