During this internship, time is focused on internship long projects with other students and full-time, experienced teammates. Interns have the opportunity to network with other interns, teammates, and senior leaders. Truist interns sharpen the leadership, technical, and business skill they'll use for the rest of their careers. The internship program serves as a pipeline to our Truist full-time programs.

  • Working towards the completion of a BA/BS or advanced degree program at an accredited college or university. Business-related degree or coursework preferred. (Technical Majors preferred: Computer Science/Engineering, Cybersecurity, Innovation, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience, Industrial Design, Architecture, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction or related field etc.)

  • Demonstrated leadership through on-campus involvement or work experience

  • Demonstrated strong initiative, adaptability/flexibility, and growth mindset

  • Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication, and presentation skills
