Communications & Marketing Intern: CEVA Logistics North America

As a Communications & Marketing Intern at CEVA Logistics, you will support internal and external communications and marketing efforts using strategies to enhance the brand's visibility and strengthen relationships with key audience segments.

You will work closely with the North America Communications and Marketing team to assist in drafting internal news, organizational announcements, and newsletters, and contributing to content creation for internal and external social channels. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate communications, allowing you to develop skills in messaging, digital storytelling, employee engagement, and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic, fast-paced industry. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and adaptable, with a strong interest in communications and an enthusiasm for news writing.

Key responsibilities may include:

Writing company news and feature articles for internal websites and other communication channels

Reviewing and editing communications

Utilizing our internal system and processes for managing reviewing and approving communications.

Assistance with monitoring statistics and using analytical tools for communications

Meeting deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, where clear communication and working effectively within a team or cross-functionally will be key to access.

Supporting content development for employee platforms and social media outlets

Supporting employee engagement events and recognition programs

Conducting research and fact-checking for company communications

Assisting with the facilitation of Spanish and French translations (does not need to know either language)

Basic Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's or Graduate degree in Communications, Journalism, or a similar degree program from an accredited university.

Have less than (1) years of professional work experience, excluding internships, part-time jobs, or positions held while pursuing an undergraduate and/or graduate degree.

Have access to reliable transportation for the duration of the internship to and from CEVA headquarters in Houston.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior intern experience or less than 3 years of work experience in Communications or Journalism.

Currently or previously held a leadership position in a campus, community, or extracurricular organization.

Pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism or related field.

Intermediate or above skills in Spanish or French
