Employment Type: Internship
Location: San Antonio
Description
HOLT Group is offering an exciting opportunity for High School or College Intern! This position is an entry-level position that will work with our Finance department. It will be under the guidance of an experienced Supervisor. The intern's primary purpose is to learn and develop within the Accounts Payable team. This part-time internship will be scheduled within the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm throughout the school year. The Intern will receive on-the-job training in order to learn and develop in the Accounts Payable department.
Essential Functions
  • Receive coaching, mentoring, and feedback from leadership
  • Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Basic math calculations and the ability to read, write, and understand work instructions

Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Currently enrolled and an active student in a College program studying Finance, accounting, or a similar program OR a high school student studying business or finance.
