Role Description This is an hybrid internship/part-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in New Jersey. The intern will support day-to-day sales outreach, including responding to inquiries, following up with prospective families, and presenting AFFA’s programs and offerings. Responsibilities include assisting in marketing campaigns, social media promotion, and local outreach to schools, community organizations, and sports programs to increase awareness of AFFA. The main focus will be social media management, Google Analytics, SEO, creating marketing materials and Ads. The intern will also help collect and analyze feedback and participation data to improve marketing effectiveness and participant conversion.
