  • Develops high-quality, developer-ready RPA documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDDs), requirement specs, and workflow maps.
  • Standardizes requirements across multiple business units to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Validates requirements post-development and ensures successful handoff to UAT and deployment teams.
  • Identifies upstream/downstream dependencies that may impact automation design.
  • Or if unfamiliar with RPA documentation standards, able to complete Blue Prism Solution Design training or courses covering PDD/SDD creation, Visio workflow mapping, and requirements elicitation methodologies.

Communication & Reporting
  • Serves as the primary communication channel for all automation initiatives, updates, risks, and successes.

  • Stays current on automation trends and assesses opportunities to improve the existing automation portfolio.
  • Or if not yet hands-on with automation technology, able to quickly upskill via Blue Prism University (RPA Business Analyst, Junior Developer), Microsoft Power Automate learning paths, SQL fundamentals courses, or guided sandbox projects demonstrating understanding of automation capabilities and limitations

Additional Skills & Competencies
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel PowerQuery, Tableau, or other analytical tools.
