OVERVIEW
Bucherer USA is seeking a Business Development Intern to support strategic initiatives and special projects across the organization.The Business Development Intern will work cross functionally across the organization, assisting with and gaining exposure to high-impact business development activities, market research, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the development and preparation of presentations, pitch decks, and strategic materials.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data gathering to support business development initiatives.
  • Support the evaluation of new business opportunities by compiling research, organizing data, and preparing preliminary insights.
  • Help coordinate cross-functional project activities by tracking timelines, gathering updates, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
  • Support the creation of business cases and project plans under the guidance of the Business Development team.
  • Provide general administrative and analytical support across the department.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in business development, strategy, luxury retail, or related fields.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
