Part timeTo advance the mission and purpose of InterVarsity as noted above, this position is focused on learning and preparing for the full responsibilities of a Campus Minister. The intern will be assigned work based on skills determined by the application process. This is a one year internship for recent college graduates in which the individual receives intensive training and exercises ministerial functions consistent with a campus minister. He/she is paid a monthly salary, which is pro-rated based on the salary listed below (which would be the full time rate for 40 hours per week). A supervisory decision, with input from the Ministry Intern, is made at the end of the term of service as to whether the individual is suitable for continuing employment with InterVarsity.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
Pay: This position is funded through personal fundraising. Accordingly, compensation will vary based on the ability of the individual to secure a donor team to fund the cost of his/her salary. The anticipated salary range for this position on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) is dependent on a variety of factors, including location and cost of living. The actual salary received,including any geographic adjustment to account for location and cost of living, is subject to the individual's ability to raise funds necessary to cover the full amount of such salary within the range set forth in the job posting details.
