Launch Your Accounting Career at Post Consumer Brands


Interested in accounting, financial reporting, data analysis, or process improvement? Join Post Consumer Brands as an Accounting Intern for a 13-week summer experience designed to provide meaningful work, professional development, and hands-on exposure to the consumer-packaged goods industry.


As an Accounting Intern, you'll work alongside finance professionals to support the financial processes that help drive business decisions across the organization. You'll gain exposure to accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and business operations while building skills that prepare you for a future career in accounting or finance.


What You'll Do


Depending on business needs and your interests, you may have opportunities to:

  • Support financial reporting and accounting activities that help business leaders make informed decisions.
  • Research accounting topics and assist with implementing accounting standards.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and insights.
  • Create reports and dashboards that improve visibility into key financial information.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.

Potential Project Opportunities:

  • Researching and applying accounting guidance to real business situations.
  • Building tools and reports that support financial reporting processes.

  • Interest in accounting, finance, and the consumer-packaged goods industry, with a desire to explore career opportunities with Post Consumer Brands after graduation.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
