We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support a broad range of marketing and communications initiatives across the organization.

This role offers hands-on experience in both internal and external marketing, including brand execution, content creation, employee communications, events, and cross-functional project support. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and partner with HR, operations, and leadership teams to bring initiatives to life.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Communications
  • Assist in drafting and editing internal communications (intranet content, announcements, campaigns)
  • Support development of marketing copy for presentations, emails, and digital platforms
  • Help maintain and update intranet pages to ensure content is accurate and engaging
  • Contribute ideas for storytelling that reinforces STRATTEC's brand and culture
Brand & Creative Support
  • Ensure brand consistency across materials (logos, colors, messaging, tone)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on creative deliverables
  • Assist with creation of marketing assets such as presentations, one-pagers, and visuals
Events & Engagement
  • Support planning and execution of internal events (town halls, employee engagement, volunteer initiatives)
  • Assist with logistics, communications, and post-event follow-ups
  • Help coordinate external event materials (e.g., trade shows, customer-facing assets)
Project Coordination
  • Help manage timelines, track deliverables, and follow up with stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional projects involving HR, operations, and leadership teams
  • Organize files, assets, and documentation to keep projects running smoothly
Digital & Marketing Operations
  • Assist with basic analytics tracking (campaign engagement, intranet usage, etc.)

QualificationsQualifications
  • Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
