These programs are typically designed for students or recent graduates to help them develop relevant skills and knowledge before entering the workforce full-time. They may also be assigned to collaborate on small-scale projects under the guidance of a mentor, allowing them to gain practical experience and learn industry-specific tools. This structure is designed to give Intern Apprentices exposure to various aspects of the organization while building their professional skill set in a supportive environment.
