Administrator in Training (AIT) Program. This accelerated 6 to 8 month leadership program prepares future
Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHA) to lead skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities.

What You'll Learn
You'll train alongside experienced Nursing Home Administrators and executive leaders while gaining hands-on experience in:

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Ability to meet Wisconsin or Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator licensure requirements
- Willingness to relocate within the state for final Administrator placement if needed
