We offer clients advanced in-house engineering & design with 3D modeling, piloting, fabrication and machining, in-house control panel shop, and a full range of field services, allowing us to provide turn-key solutions. In our busy industry, we consistently manage a strong and steady backlog of work extending well beyond a year, which ensures a secure and reliable workflow.

We are seeking a qualified Intermediate Electrician to fill a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate must be a team player and have technical experience in industrial electrical and control wiring. The candidate must also have a great attention to detail and the ability to identify and solve potential problems.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Install equipment as per the general arrangement drawings
  • Install conduit and cable as per electrical schematics
  • Wiring of various types of instrumentation and controls
  • Assemble and wire custom control panels
  • Ensure manufacturers installation instructions and all code requirements are adhered to.
  • Confirm wiring of components as they are completed.
  • Review bill of materials for accuracy and flag any errors immediately
  • Redline drawings as required during assembly
  • Review finished assembly for accuracy.
  • Occasional Site work and associated travel
  • Input weekly timesheets accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a high standard of conduct in the shop.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Other assigned duties as required

  • 7:00am - 3:30pm

  • Immediately report any accident / incident and collaborate in its investigation
  • Interrupt work when conditions are unsafe, create safe work environment when possible and report to upper management
  • Maintain orderly and clean work areas
  • Use and maintain in good condition the safety equipment, work tools and personal protective equipment for the group.
  • Work in a safe manner

Requirements

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Accredited trade school or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • 3+ Years of relevant electrical experience or equivalent
    • 3+ Years as a junior electrician or equivalent
