Job Summary:

We are seeking an In office highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Welltel, a leading telehealth services provider in New York. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for owning Welltel's technology platform end-to-end, architecting, building, and evolving systems that directly impact patient outcomes and operational performance at scale. This is a founding engineering leadership role, where you will build a team from the ground up and remain deeply hands-on in the code yourself.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full technical ownership of our platform architecture, development, and roadmap

  • Sourcing, hiring, and building an engineering team from the ground up

  • Translate business and clinical goals into elegant, scalable technical solutions

  • Lead code reviews, set engineering standards, and drive best practices

  • Coordinate with leadership on product strategy and long-term technical vision

  • Integrate third-party systems, APIs, and healthcare platforms

Requirements:
