Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner with an active New York license and active Medicaid and Medicare enrollment to join our growing clinical team.

This position will begin as a fully remote role, allowing you to provide virtual care to patients throughout New York. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Freehold, New Jersey, as the role is expected to transition to an in-office position at our Freehold headquarters within approximately 3–6 months.

Compensation

$120,000 - $165,000 annually

Compensation will be based on experience, credentials, productivity, and overall fit for the position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations via telehealth

• Review medical histories, medications, allergies, and symptoms

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Develop and implement treatment plans

• Order and interpret diagnostic testing

• Prescribe medications in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

• Complete all required charting and records by the end of each shift

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care while adhering to clinical and compliance standards

Requirements

• Active New York Nurse Practitioner License

• Active New York Medicaid and Medicare enrollment

• Minimum of one year of experience in urgent care, primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or a related clinical setting

• Experience using EMR systems

• Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms

• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

• Must reside within commuting distance of Freehold, NJ

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Four-day workweek

• 10-hour shifts

• Monday through Friday schedule
