Job Title:
Senior Analyst- Trustee Reporting and Controls
Location:

What you'll do:
As a Senior Analyst - Trustee Reporting and Controls you'll play a critical role in supporting the Corporate Trust business by modeling newly onboarded CLOs and Leveraged Loan Facilities, maintaining ongoing compliance calculations, and producing trustee reporting relied upon by arrangers, managers and investors. You'll develop, maintain, improve reporting solutions, analyze large data sets, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. One of your key responsibilities is to ensure reporting and compliance needs by the business are met while operating within legal requirements. You will collaborate closely with internal parties to ensure accurate, timely and compliant calculations.
  • Build, maintain and validate compliance and reporting dashboards and tools while upholding data and reporting standards, ensuring consistency and compliance across all projects worked on. Identify and develop automation techniques from available technology to produce efficient and effective processes.
  • Perform scenario updates, test result validation, and reconciliations, aligned with internal control requirements and standard modeling practices.
  • Understand business unit reporting and analytical needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks that help drive strategic decisions. Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Design and implement systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability by performing thorough validation and quality checks. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance reporting infrastructure and improve efficiency.

What you'll need:
  • 3+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with project management and managing multiple priorities and deliverables.
  • Intermediate experience presenting findings from large datasets in a clear, actionable way.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or machine learning preferred.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $129,995.00 - $160,581.00 for Boston, MA. Salary range for new hires is generally $121,870.00 - $150,546.00 for Bloomington, MN. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
