Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and deploy Pega applications. This role requires working on-site at the client's location every day and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business requirements. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.  


  • Design, develop, and deploy Pega applications.
  • Develop and implement Pega applications.
  • Customize and configure Pega solutions.
  • Integrate Pega with other systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience with Pega PRPC or similar platforms with a commitment to upskilling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) preferred.
  • Experience with Pega Architecture (Intermediate)
  • Experience with Pega Software Application Development (Intermediate)
  • Experience with Pega Platform (Intermediate)
  • Must be able to work independently, with little to no oversight.
  • Must be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
