Job Title: Software Engineering - Full Stack Developer - Intermediate

Location(s): Wilmington, DE - onsite

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a right-to-hire position. The role involves participating in design and development of scalable and resilient systems using Java, contributing to continual, iterative improvements for product teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in design and development of scalable and resilient systems using Java.
  • Execute software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms.
  • Produce or contribute to architecture and design artifacts for applications.
  • Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets.
  • Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.
  • Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events exploring new and emerging technologies.
  • Add to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.
Required Qualifications:
  • Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Proficient in coding in Java languages.
  • Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming languages and database querying languages.
  • Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
  • Knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.).
  • Expertise in React and JavaScript.
