Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of the ServiceNow platform. The role requires deep architectural expertise across CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, IRM, Vulnerability Response, and overall platform health, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy. Act as the platform architect and technical authority, setting standards, best practices, and design principles. Lead platform roadmap planning, releases, upgrades, and long-term optimization.
  • Architect and govern a robust CMDB, including data model design and normalization, CSDM adoption and compliance, and data ingestion, reconciliation, and data quality controls.
  • Design and implement ITOM solutions, including discovery, service mapping, event management, and cloud and infrastructure visibility.
  • Architect and implement Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions, including risk, policy, compliance, and audit integrations.
  • Design vulnerability response solutions integrating security tools, CMDB, and workflows.
  • Ensure platform security, role-based access, and compliance with enterprise security standards.
  • Establish and monitor platform health metrics, performance, and technical debt. Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Define governance models for customization, integrations, and data quality.
  • Design secure and scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and messaging.
  • Promote automation and orchestration using ServiceNow capabilities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, enterprise architects, and product owners to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and design oversight to developers and administrators.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and strategic IT initiatives.
Required Skills

Required Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Equivalent experience and/or alternative qualifications will be considered.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect (Required); Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM (Preferred), ITOM (Preferred), IRM or Vulnerability Response (Preferred)
Preferred Skills
  • 10+ years of experience serving as a senior technical lead, driving the architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions
  • 5–6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Architect experience
  • Strong expertise in: CMDB & CSDM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), IRM (Risk, Compliance, Audit), Vulnerability Response
  • Deep understanding of: ServiceNow platform architecture, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and Integration patterns
