  • Drive a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across all project teams.

  • Required experience managing hospital or healthcare interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements including ICRA, life‑safety, MEP coordination, and medical equipment integration.
  • Proven success delivering corporate interiors, medical office renovations, or clinical space upgrades.
  • Proficiency with construction management platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client‑facing skills.
  • Ability to coordinate work in occupied, sensitive, or restricted environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Strong relationships with hospital facilities teams, clinical staff, and design partners.
  • Minimal disruption to patient care and hospital operations.
  • Clear, proactive communication that accelerates decision‑making and reduces risk.
  • A final product that reflects precision, compliance, and the GC’s reputation for excellence.
