Job description

Are you a Project Manager who loves bringing projects to life, staying hands-on, and working with cutting-edge solutions- NOT just pushing paperwork?
We're hiring a Project Manager to lead the execution of modern, flexible workspace builds using DIRTT; a smarter, faster approach to creating offices, healthcare spaces, and commercial interiors.
This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys being on-site, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results from start to finish.
What You'll Do
You'll own projects from planning through completion, making sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget:
  • Build and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
  • Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and installation sequencing
  • Review project details, drawings, and order files to ensure accuracy before production
  • Lead pre-installation meetings and align all stakeholders
  • Be on-site regularly, working closely with general contractors and trades
  • Oversee installation progress and ensure quality execution
  • Collaborate with other trades to keep work aligned and moving forward
  • Support RFIs and help resolve project questions quickly
  • Manage punch lists/deficiencies and ensure clean project closeout
  • Deliver final documentation and ensure a smooth handoff to the client
What Makes This Role Different
  • You're not stuck behind a desk, you'll be actively involved on-site
  • Work with a modern, efficient building system that reduces chaos and improves outcomes
  • Projects move faster, with more predictability and less rework
  • You'll have real ownership and visibility across the full project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
  • Experience managing commercial construction or interior projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (GCs, trades, vendors)
  • Comfortable reading drawings and managing project documentation
  • Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
Why This Opportunity
  • Competitive compensation + benefits (including 401k). Base pay starting at $60k. Benefits include:
    • 13 Paid Holidays
    • Generous PTO Program
    • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance
    • 401k with a match
    • Extremely collaborative, professional and fun work environment
  • Work on innovative, high-impact projects
  • Join a team that values collaboration, accountability, and doing things better
If you're looking for a role where you can own your projects, stay hands-on, and be part of something more modern than traditional construction, we'd love to connect.
