Job description

Established Miami based leader in providing globally sourced tile, stone, ceramic and wood products to the construction trade is expanding and currently searching for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator. You will work with industry leaders to source the highest quality materials for your clients from around the world.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • work with clients/developers to estimate the project quote
  • collaborate with interior designers
  • source suppliers for materials
  • material purchasing
  • monitor delivery of shipments from supplier to developers warehouse/job site

This is a fast paced environment. You must be a great communicator verbally and in writing. You must also be well organized. Bilingual speaking is a plus.
The right candidate will have 2-15 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Strong experience as an Estimator will be considered as well so if that is you don't hesitate to apply. Experience in tile and stone is preferred, but we will also consider your experience in other construction materials such as kitchens, bathroom fixtures, closets, doors and flooring materials.
