As the Senior Project Manager – Key Accounts, you'll lead our Project Management team while overseeing the successful execution of strategic customer programs from concept through commercialization.

You'll provide leadership to Project Managers while serving as the primary operational partner for a Key Account business, ensuring customer requirements are translated into executable business plans through close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Customer Service, and Sales.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced people leader who enjoys driving customer success while building high-performing teams.

???? What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers through performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Manage team workload, resource planning, project assignments, and customer priorities.
  • Lead strategic customer programs from concept through production, launch, installation, commercialization, and lifecycle support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Sales.
  • Manage new product development initiatives, engineering changes, commercialization efforts, and customer implementation plans.
  • Facilitate customer meetings, executive reviews, and project planning sessions while communicating project status and risks.
  • Monitor project performance, customer satisfaction, budgets, timelines, and operational KPIs.
  • Support forecasting, pricing, costing, and planning activities in partnership with Finance and Operations.
  • Establish standardized project management methodologies, documentation, and best practices across the organization.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
  • Support business growth initiatives by participating in customer presentations, new business opportunities, and strategic planning.
✅ What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Seven (7) or more years of progressive Project Management, Program Management, or Operations experience within manufacturing.
  • Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience managing professional employees.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional customer programs.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, product development, and commercialization.
  • Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated business acumen.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams while building strong internal and external partnerships.
  • Periodic travel to customer locations and company facilities.
