Role Summary

The Director of Image serves as the vital liaison between guest perception and restaurant operations. This position acts as the "interior designer" of the restaurant, responsible for cultivating a welcoming, high-quality environment that reflects the Chick-fil-A brand. By blending data analysis with creative execution, this position ensures that every guest who enters the restaurant feels a sense of belonging and excellence.


Core Mission

To curate and maintain an intentional restaurant environment that exceeds guest expectations, celebrates the local community, and supports operational excellence through visual storytelling and atmospheric design.


Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Experience & Data Analysis

  • Customer Service Metrics Assessment: Regularly review and analyze customer service metrics, specifically focusing on categories related to cleanliness, atmosphere, and the overall guest experience.
  • Operational Consulting: Translate guest feedback and data into actionable insights. This position consults with the Director of Operations and other leadership to recommend and implement changes to the physical environment or workflows that impact guest perception.

2. Seasonal & Community Environment Design

  • Event Planning: Assess the local community calendar to identify upcoming opportunities for engagement, such as high school sports tournaments, local festivals, and holidays.
  • Decor Execution: Design and install restaurant decorations for specific seasons and events (e.g., Mardi Gras, Halloween, Spirit Nights). This position ensures all decor is tasteful, professional, and aligned with brand standards.

3. Sales, Catering, & Brand Growth

  • Strategic Partnership: Coordinate closely with the Director of Sales Growth to understand upcoming internal events and catering showcases.
  • Catering Delivery Presentation: Oversee the visual standards of catering deliveries, ensuring that the brand image is maintained from the restaurant to the guest's location through professional packaging, setup, and presentation.
  • Event Atmosphere: Take full responsibility for the visual setup and "look and feel" of internal events, ensuring they are inviting and professional for both Team Members and guests.

4. Facility Aesthetics & Operational Excellence

  • Interior Design Management: Act as the primary gatekeeper for the restaurant's aesthetic. This position ensures that furniture, signage, and fixtures are in excellent condition and reflect a modern, clean QSR environment.
  • Operational Presence: This role will be operational during peak hours to ensure the restaurant maintains its visual and service standards under pressure.
  • Uniform & Professionalism: Monitor the visual presentation of the team to ensure the "Image" of the restaurant is upheld through consistent adherence to uniform standards.

This role begins July 1st, 2026 under new Restaurant ownership.
