The iridescence of the sequins, modern meets vintage denim, and sophisticated silk silhouettes—each detail elevates a feeling of nostalgia with a fashion forward take on confident and sexy styles.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A DAILY STIPEND INTERNSHIP

Retrofete is hiring interns to work alongside the wholesale team starting in August 2026-December 2026.

Interns will have the opportunity to:

  • Participate in all activities associated with showroom operations
  • Assist the wholesale team with day to day responsibilities
  • Gain an insider’s perspective as to how the fashion business world functions
  • Assist in working with some of the top luxury resort wear brands in the world.
  • Assist in meetings with specialty and major retailers

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Preparation for Trade Shows and Market Weeks
  • Maintaining the showroom; merchandising as needed
  • Research new accounts
  • Assist with any special projects or tasks as needed
  • Work on Daily selling reports
  • Sample Tracking

This is truly a unique, and hands-on experience where you will gain an in-depth look into the wholesale perspective of the fashion industry.

Requirements:

  • Availability 3-4 days a week. (5 days a week preferred)
  • Ability to effectively multi task, as well as be proactive in regards to assigned projects
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Be detail oriented & has the drive to learn and grow in the fashion industry
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
