Job description

DeLeers Construction is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator.  This position works very closely with both our residential and commercial Project Managers and helps them coordinate the day to day details on our large custom build projects.  Project coordinators help with the tracking against project budgets, creating change orders, entering project information into ProCore, issuing purchase orders, processing billings, coordinating project close out meetings, and assisting in the project kick off and close out processes. 

Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, have exceptional communication and organizational skills, have strong computer skills and be a great team player.  Some knowledge of the construction industry or building process would be helpful, but not required.
