Client Relationships - As a strategic partner and design advocate, youโll build trust with clients from day one and position our studio as a go-to for bold, values-driven design.ย
Integrated Collaboration - Youโll work hand-in-hand with architects, planners, consultants, and researchers to develop truly interdisciplinary solutions.ย
Business Development - Youโll lead pursuits, craft narratives, and represent the Boston studio in interviews and market-facing efforts.ย
What You Bringย
- 15+ years of interior design leadership across a range of project types (workplace, education, healthcare, civic, or others).
- Professional licensure (e.g., NCIDQ, Architectural license).
- An inspiring design portfolio, including recognized or award-winning work.
- Deep fluency in interior codes, systems, and standards.
- Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams from concept through delivery.
- Strong client communication, negotiation, and budget management skills.
- Experience in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Suite, Enscape, and VRay.
- Direct experience in coordinating consultants, including Lighting, Acoustics, AV, MEPFP and Structure.ย
Preferred Credentialsย
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
- LEED GA required within 6 months of hire; WELL AP or Living Future Accreditation a plus.ย

Salary Range Informationย
