As an Interior Designer II, you'll independently own medium- to large-scale projects from concept through execution. This role leads client engagement, coordinates cross-functionally, and is accountable for project outcomes, quality, and delivery through our Diamond-Class service model.

  • Own full design projects, including schedules, documentation, and outcomes
  • Lead client meetings and presentations in partnership with Sales
  • Develop space plans, renderings, finish selections, and full specifications
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Project Management, Installation, and Construction
  • Manage revisions, approvals, and change documentation
  • Maintain awareness of budgets, timelines, and project risk
  • Mentor Interior Designer I team members as appropriate
