Job description

In the Project Management Intern position, you'll support the successful execution of design, procurement, and construction-related projects by partnering with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate timelines, organize project documentation, improve communication workflows, and drive operational efficiency. You'll gain hands-on experience in project execution while exploring how emerging technologies, AI tools, and workflow automation can enhance team collaboration and project outcomes.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Partner with Project Managers to support client projects from kickoff through completion, including project documentation, presentations, reports, action item tracking, and overall project coordination.

  • Maintain project schedules, meeting notes, status updates, and key project materials to support successful execution.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Support procurement activities, quoting, reporting, and other project-related administrative tasks.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows through process optimization, automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies.

  • Research, test, and support the adoption of technology solutions that enhance collaboration, documentation, and project outcomes.
