Job description

In the Interior Design Intern position, you'll support a collaborative design team working on new construction and renovation projects within the senior living industry. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while developing technical skills and contributing to real-world solutions that enhance the quality of life for residents and staff alike.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Support the design team across multiple phases of new construction and renovation projects

  • Research life safety, building codes, and regulatory requirements based on existing documentation and site conditions

  • Assist with space planning, concept development, and design intent articulation

  • Help develop preliminary drawings and client-facing materials including renderings, boards, and presentations

  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation such as binders, registrations, and support materials

  • Coordinate reselections and contribute to the creation and organization of construction document legends
