Job description

The Urology Clinic Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support by: •obtaining information from employee/patients, employers, insurance companies, and others, •maintaining patient records, •maintaining schedules, •billing for services, •receiving payments, •interacting with employers and employees, •handling communications, including mail and telephone. JOB QUALIFICATIONS ARE: The successful candidate will preferably have: •a minimum of one year coding and charge entry; •experience as a C.N.A. or Medical Assistant; •successful completion of a two year medical secretarial position or a certificate in medical transcription

•CMT certification and at least one year medical transcription experience. •strong organizational, interpersonal, communicational, and filing skills; •competency in computer use.
