Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Texas Nursing Home Administrator license

  • Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, census development, and financial performance

  • Ability to quickly assess operational needs and implement effective solutions
