Due to continued company growth, SIS is expanding its Client Services team and adding an Interface Specialist to help deliver impactful solutions to our ambulatory surgery center clients. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong, client-focused professional who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and making a direct difference in client workflows. In this role, you will analyze, install, maintain, and support SIS solutions, implement interfaces between SIS cloud solutions and other systems used by client ASCs, and configure SIS add-on products and data solutions that improve efficiency and enable seamless data exchange across systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Installation & Configuration: Install software on servers or end-user systems, setting up libraries, frameworks, and database connections.
  • Systems Integration: Connect SIS software with existing systems (CRM, ERP, EHR.etc) to ensure interoperability and data integrity.
  • Identify strategies for communication, accessibility, availability, and the use of information for clinical and administrative use.
  • Interpret technical issues for both vendor and client-side applications.
  • Support the operations of existing interfaces and applications.
  • Understand and Develop queries to extract data from MS SQL Server.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide user training, and maintain documentation for systems.
  • Act as a liaison between internal development teams and our clients.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of testing, and implementation of interfaces in the ASC environment.
  • Knowledge of system implementation methodologies
  • Skill in HL7 protocols for interface deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Skill in API deployments and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Mirth interface engine
  • Skill in MS SQL Server administration
  • Skill in Project Management, particularly managing multiple client interfaces simultaneously.
  • Ability to use problem solving and analysis skills to provide best solutions.
  • Ability to apply technical analyst skills to multiple projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  • This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and client relationship management.
