Summary of position-
Elevate Aviation Group (EAG) is seeking a talented and versatile UX/UI Designer to join our Product & Technology team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design experience across our web platforms, internal applications, and customer-facing digital products. You will translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that reflect our brand and elevate the experience for crew members, charter clients, and operations staff alike.
This is a hands-on design role requiring equal fluency in research-driven UX methodology and polished UI execution, including front-end implementation in collaborative environments. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define interaction patterns, build and maintain design systems, and ship high-quality work across multiple platforms.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities-
  • Lead end-to-end UX design from discovery through delivery, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and usability testing
  • Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes across web, mobile-responsive, and application interfaces; build and maintain a scalable design system and component library
  • Contribute to front-end implementation using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within existing technology stacks (React, Vue, or similar) to develop and refine UI components
  • Partner with product managers and engineers throughout the build cycle to ensure design intent is realized in production; support QA by reviewing implemented interfaces against specifications
  • Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders including leadership and operational teams

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-
Required
  • Indepth knowledge of the following tools & Technologies
  • Design: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin or similar handoff tools
  • Prototyping: Figma Advanced Prototyping, ProtoPie, or Framer
  • Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; React or Vue preferred
  • Collaboration: ClickUp, GitHub
  • Research: UserTesting, Maze, Hotjar, or equivalent

Preferred
  • Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design patterns across iOS and Android platforms
  • Background in consumer-driven or enterprise software design where design is a top priority
  • Experience in aviation, hospitality, luxury goods, and digital first industries
  • Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design practices

Education & Experience-
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating work across web and mobile applications
  • Strong proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tooling, including prototyping and component-based design systems
  • Demonstrated experience designing both public-facing web experiences and internal/enterprise applications
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient to prototype or contribute to front-end implementation
