About the Position: This job announcement will fill multiple vacancies for an Interdisciplinary (Project Manager) at the full performance levels (FPLs) of GS-14. This job announcement will fill multiple vacancies at the full performance levels (FPLs) of GS-14. Applicants selected at the FPL level are not eligible for promotion to a higher grade without competition or a valid non-competitive eligibility.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. In addition to meeting the Basic Education requirement below, to qualify for this position you must also meet the specialized experience requirements listed below:
GS-14 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience which includes: Lead multidisciplinary project delivery teams to manage complex infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle; Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans that integrate scope, schedule, cost, and risk; Monitor project portfolio performance to manage technical risks, resolve resource constraints, and ensure successful financial and contractual closeout; AND Negotiate and coordinate strategic plans with diverse stakeholders to resolve complex technical or policy issues. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
