Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Exchange Data Licensing Specialist at DataBP. The Specialist will be responsible for managing the implementation of licensing solutions and workflows for exchange clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, configuring licensing workflows to meet client requirements, providing training and support, and troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the specialist will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and optimize the value of our platform.
Candidate will manage client solutions and delivery of our market data licensing and customer management platform. Clients include global securities exchanges, trading platforms, index providers, interdealer brokers and market data vendors.
Responsibilities Summary:
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives
  • Advise clients on best practices regarding data licensing and compliance
  • Connect client business goals and requirements with DataBP platform capabilities
  • Configure the application environment to suit the needs of the exchange
  • Translate business goals into technical requirements for development
  • Perform user acceptance testing
  • Assist in planning and prioritizing configuration and development efforts

Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of experience in exchange data licensing or reporting
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Commitment to Customer Satisfaction through proactive support and training
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the market data or fintech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Assertive and comfortable conducting client-facing meetings
