We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Deposit Operations Supervisor to oversee daily deposit operations and provide operational support to retail banking teams across the organization. This role is responsible for supervising deposit operations activities, supporting system and process improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing team members to deliver efficient and accurate banking services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support daily Deposit Operations functions, workflows, and team activities.
  • Provide operational support to retail branches, including deposit products, new accounts, account maintenance, and customer records.
  • Oversee IRA, HSA, teller capture, Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), and related deposit services.
  • Monitor balancing activities, resolve operational issues, review documentation, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement procedures, training materials, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support BSA/AML compliance efforts, assist with Video Teller operations as needed, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Deposit Operations, Retail Banking, or a related area preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of deposit products, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
