Scope

Are you passionate about bringing digital experiences to life? As an Interactive Developer Associate, you'll manage multiple client projects, oversee production budgets, and collaborate with account teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions. From supporting cutting-edge technology approaches to producing engaging e-media sites, you'll play a key role in shaping innovative digital experiences.

Reporting & Working Relationships

This role reports to the Manager or Director of the Creative team, working closely with technology, operations, and sales teams to bring digital projects to completion. You'll work across departments to ensure seamless execution and creative excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

70% - Product Development

  • Master Maritz software and systems to create compelling digital experiences
  • Produce graphically sound, user-friendly websites that engage audiences
  • Assist in the production of Flash and HTML content
  • Support creative design, project schedules, and budget management
  • Contribute to the development of innovative e-media communications

30% - Internal & Client Interactions

  • Partner with account teams to understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop website concepts and refine designs to gain approval from project teams and clients
  • Assist in budget development, specifically for e-media graphics
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure creative consistency, timely execution, and strategic alignment

Qualifications

1. Bachelors of Arts in related Graphics, Web, E-media, or Production field.

2. 1-3 years of experience relevant business experience.

3. Experience in (preferred); print or related 3D modeling field, animation field.
