Standard Job Description The Work Create accurate 2D and 3D models of aircraft and equipment used to simulate real-world operations and procedures. Develop interactive multimedia applications for training and simulation environments. Combine 3D modeling, animation, graphics, audio, video, text, visual capture, and virtual reality to create immersive training experiences.

Support the ALIS Training program and customers at Eglin AFB, FL, including on-site customer support. Translate technical requirements into engaging, functional digital experiences across web, mobile, and simulation platforms. Research and apply the latest graphic design, software, multimedia, and development techniques.

Work at the intersection of creative design, software development, and simulation technology. Who We Are We're a team focused on developing advanced interactive training and simulation solutions that help customers understand, operate, and maintain complex aircraft and equipment. Our work combines technology, visualization, and multimedia to create realistic training environments for mission-critical applications.

Who You Are A creative and technically minded Interactive Media Developer who enjoys building immersive digital experiences. Experienced with 2D/3D modeling, animation, graphics, multimedia development, or simulation. Comfortable working across multiple technologies and media formats, including VR, digital animation, visual capture, audio, and interactive applications.

Able to balance creative design with technical requirements and translate complex equipment or procedures into accurate visual representations. Someone who enjoys learning new technologies and staying current with emerging design, software, and development techniques. Comfortable providing on-site customer support in Eglin, FL and working directly with training program stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications Strong 2D graphics experience Experience developing training and/or training products Strong attention to detail/aesthetics Demonstrated ability to create or modify multimedia assets quickly Strong skills with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of tools e.g. Photoshop, Captivate, Animate, Illustrator, etc. Desired Skills Experience with Learning Content Management System (LCMS) as a developer and/or administrator Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools set or lean business processes DoD experience Experience with Sharepoint as a developer and/or administrator Diverse multimedia experience, including audio, video, 2D, 3D, programming, etc
