Ciplex is a West Hollywood based mid-sized Web Design / Development & Marketing Agency focused on providing real solutions to businesses looking for a return on their investment. An Inc. 500 Company and the 10th fastest growing private company in Los Angeles, Ciplex provides a fast paced, results-driven work environment that is both fun and rewarding for their 40+ employee staff.

Ciplex is currently looking for a strong, creative and motivated full-time, in-house web / interactive designer to join our group to help us scale to meet the demands of our rapid growth. This position will work with a wide variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to the local mom and pop store, while offering competitive pay, reasonably flexible scheduling and a great health benefits plan. Requirements for Success: Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in web design.

Must demonstrate a proven ability to multi-task, work efficiently and manage time appropriately. Must be able to properly pre-plan design sprints to best make use of allocated time. Must demonstrate a strong experience with Information Architecture.

Knowledge of UX is a big plus. The desired candidate will also have some practical experience with Print / Brand & Identity. Typography experience is a big plus, as good type is the foundation to great web interfaces.

Ability to demonstrate great communication skills, both with the team and with clients. Ability to work independently to complete a project from beginning to end.
