About the Position:
In this role, as a Sr. Interactive Project Manager, you'll lead the scope, planning, and execution of website projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. You'll provide technical guidance that sets the implementation team up for success. You'll also establish creative guidelines that bring client brands to life while managing and inspiring a cross-functional team. This position is full-time and fully remote; however, candidates should reside in the Phoenix, AZ area to attend occasional team and client meetings.

What You'll Be Doing:
Project Management & Leadership: Oversee the scoping, planning, execution, and delivery of website projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
Solution Architecture: Collaborate with the team to design user experiences that deliver effective and efficient solutions to Client goals and provide detailed technical guidance that prepares the implementation team for success.
Creative Direction: Establish creative guidelines that effectively capture and artistically communicate the client's brand objectives, ensuring consistent execution of the creative vision throughout the project.
Team Leadership, Management, and Accountability: Serve as the direct manager of the cross-functional Interactive Project team, including both internal and external resources.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in account or project management within a marketing agency, including a minimum of 5 years of WordPress expertise and knowledge.
  • A solid working understanding of the technical roles involved in interactive development, including graphic design, copywriting, and development.
  • Experience producing architecture deliverables (sitemaps and wireframes) at a high level.
  • Experience establishing creative direction and guiding the creative work of others.
  • Strong communication skills, including proficiency in client-facing strategic discussions, sales conversations, and internal team communication development/leadership.
  • Proven ability to sustain client relationships and increase account growth.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and metrics-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • A hunger and aptitude for working with AI tools.
  • A background in Website development, especially WordPress, is preferred.
  • Experience in a management or leadership position is preferred.
  • Experience working in an interactive environment within the Healthcare industry is preferred.
