A creative ad agency seeks a detailed-oriented, polished temp Account Executive that will build strong relationships with our growing clients. This award-winning digital design agency is fresh from winning many awards in a recent national advertising awards review. Your role will be to ensure projects meet the client's specification and expectations, as well as communicate the project's progress to clients and the creative team. If you have extraordinary communications skills, possess a great knowledge of digital media and are able to organize and plan several projects at once, this might be the perfect, creative opportunity for you! As our temp Account Executive, you can expect to:

  • Work on multi-channel campaigns
  • Have a solid knowledge base in digital media.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communications, presentation skills.
  • Be the point of contact for clients maintaining direct, day-to-day, senior level client contact.
  • Organize and communicated daily work flow to the creative team
  • Oversee and assign projects to the creative team for multi-channel campaigns like print, digital, TV, event and more
  • Review and share client briefings and communicating effectively to creative and account teams.
  • Support creative, production, media, public relations and interactive department personnel with well-documented input, support data and production materials as required
  • Maintain project timelines, schedules and assist/create creative briefs

Background profile:

  • Prior experience managing client relationships and projects
  • Impeccable communications skills, written and verbal
  • Familiarity with creative process within an ad agency, ability to follow and create creative briefs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software like Basecamp
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and make decisions with little to no supervision
  • BS/BA Degree and 2-3 years of advertising agency experience
  • Prior experience working with and familiarity with Keynote and PowerPoint
