Administrative Positions

Positions/Duties

ID Media Administrator: Maintains identification media program. That includes issuing and maintaining electronic files for the local photo ID badges, courier cards, and the agency credentials for employees, consultants, contractors, and tenants requiring access to the Building and/or requiring ID to conduct official government business. Accuracy and timely maintenance of records is critical to program operations. Manages the exit process for all employees who have been cleared to enter space. This includes employees, contractors, and tenants. Responsible for updating the Out-Processing spreadsheet and the CCure records for exiting personnel.

Parking Administrator: Maintains parking program that includes issuing permanent and temporary parking permits. Parking operations must be effectively and proficiently administered every day, as prescribed by established standards. Assists in updating the Out-Processing spreadsheet and the C-Cure records for exiting personnel.

Building Access Control Administrator: Maintains and processes the building's Notice of Visits to ensure that all pertinent information about the visits has been provided. Missing information or clarification of information will be obtained from the individuals who submitted the notices. When parking is requested, space availability will be coordinated with the Parking Administrative Assistant.

Notice of Visit (NOV) Roster: Using information from notices of visit, a daily check of the VMS will be conducted to ensure correct information is distributed to the interior security post.

Escort Visitors: Although not responsible for routinely escorting visitors, you will be apprised of which visitors require escort.

PIV Card Administrator: Identifies and proofs applicants via ID document validation, fingerprints, and photo capture at the enrollment station. Physically issues the PIV card and performs the activation process.

Qualifications:

• The ability to display courtesy while meeting, greeting, and dealing with the public and speak proficiently with a variety of audiences, including foreign officials with a limited command of the English language.

• Skills in interacting with U.S. and foreign industry and public sector executive officials and familiarity with foreign customs to ensure the courteous reception of senior foreign visitors.
