Role Summary :
This role is for the GenAI / agentic build out workstream). Basically, an AI engineer, keeping up with the latest, forward thinking, plug and play, marginalize everything so when technology changes he /she can quickly limit to plug that gap. A Lead engineer responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing enterprise-scale Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This position combines deep hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI architectures with strong technical leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient AI systems. The role partners across engineering, product, and business teams to translate complex requirements into production-ready AI capabilities aligned with enterprise standards for security, risk, and responsible AI. This is a modern AI engineer with agentic systems experience.
Technical Depth & Innovation
a. Strong expertise in GenAI architectures and evolving AI technologies

h. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI solutions, including:
a. Solution architecture and engineering
b. Integration with enterprise systems
c. Secure deployment and release management
d. Monitoring, observability, and continuous optimization
i. Evaluate emerging tools and frameworks to continuously improve solution quality and innovation
j. Work with Claude, CoCo, Genie, LangChain (or its successor)
k. Handle API integration, orchestration, plumbing
l. Move fast and adapt to rapidly changing AI tech
m. Work across Snowflake + Databricks + OpenAI
n. Provide architectural leadership and guidance across GenAI initiatives
o. Drive critical design decisions for large-scale, complex AI solutions
a. Mentor and coach engineers and development teams
b. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient technical solutions
c. Partner with stakeholders across product, business, risk, and security functions
